Meatless Monday: Breakfast Bread

Feeling like you're in a bit of a [Mon]-daze? Stop in for a start of the week pick me up sure to snap you out of it. We change up our banana bread daily to keep you full and satisfied but never bored. Every mini loaf is packed with protein, fiber, and good fats to get your morning off to a great start and fuel you for the rest of your day. You might be thinking, "This sounds a lot like some of your other items", and if you are you're right. These three things are hallmarks of many of our dishes. We think the key to thriving on a plant based diet is ensuring that your body has all the plant based power it needs to keep you going. That's why we promise our food will always be the pick me up you need with out the sugar crash you don't. Fiber and protein both help you feel fuller longer which is important because we never want you to feel deprived on your journey to health. 

Our breakfast breads are fluffy and filling thanks to our house made nut flours. These make the breads dense without feeling heavy or gummy. Since all our produce is organic our breads vary from season to season and even day to day. While you may be used to seeing blueberries or strawberries in our breads, we can't sustainably source berries in the winter. During these cooler months you'll find breads made with pumpkin, apple, carrot, and even sweet potato. Our breakfast offerings are unique, delicious, and made fresh daily.
