Happy Halloween!
I know today is all about candy, but I cannot stop eating tahini fudge and as soon as you try it, you won't either! Not only is this dessert delicious, sweet and creamy, it's vegan, gluten-free and can definitely be organic - just read your labels at the store!
All you need are 6 easy-to-find ingredients! Best part is, it comes together in less than 5 minutes in your blender. Serve with a tall glass of almond milk and you're all set.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 4-5 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  1. Grab an 8-inch square baking dish and grease it up.

  2. Throw the coconut milk, tahini, powdered sugar, oil, dates, and salt all together in a blender and let that run until it looks all smooth inside.

  3. Pour into the baking dish, sprinkle with the pistachios, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving.
